Maleina’s formal dance journey commenced at the Oceania Dance Theatre in 2016. Her performances, characterized by grace and skill, quickly garnered recognition. She had the honor of showcasing her talent on distinguished occasions, including Royal Visits by notable figures like the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the Crown Prince of Norway.

But Maleina’s hunger for artistic growth knew no bounds. She constantly sought to expand her horizons in the performing arts. This quest led her to diverse workshops, where she discovered a newfound passion for Aerial silks, guided by experienced mentors like Andrea Torres and Glenville Lord and most recently, Rebecca Owen. This fervor culminated in her role as an Aerial Instructor and the lead aerialist at the Moana Loa Performing Arts Center, a position she has held from 2019 to the present day.
